We offer the communities of Reading, Reading west, Wokingham, Bracknell, Slough, Basingstoke and the surrounding areas a high quality, reliable and person-focused home care service to support and enhance the lives of clients within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our services include companionship, home help, personal care, meal preparation, post-hospital care, support with hobbies & interests, local errands & outings and live-in care – but our objective is to respond to a client’s needs rather than merely perform tasks. We want to build trusting relationships with clients and their families, and provide a flexible and individualised service based on personal requirements and aspirations.
Our Caregivers are enhanced CRB checked and mostly chosen for their compassion, reliability and ethos, and are given high quality training with ongoing professional development. We carefully match our Caregivers to our clients, introduce Caregivers personally to clients before visiting commences, and provide continuity by ensuring that a client is visited by a consistent small group of Caregivers. Our Caregivers carry ID but do not wear uniforms. Visits are for a minimum of an 30mins, allowing our Caregivers time to get to know our clients and provide a genuinely sensitive service.
