My mum has been with people matters for some time now after other care companies failed my mum regarding her care. Ever since my mum has been with people matters, mum has felt safe and secure which she’s not felt for a long time. My mums Carers always treat my mum with the up most care and dignity. They will collect emergency prescriptions when needed and essentials when mum runs out. Amy on a couple of occasions has also alerted mum when her health conditions have deteriorated because they are in places my mum can’s see and I wouldn’t see because I don’t dress her. Nothing is big of a job for mums Carer’s they will go above and beyond time and time again. They even take time out of their busy day to go see mum when she’s in hospital. when my mum isn’t very well they will phone or text me just to let me know that mums not well and they take time to understand when mum doesn’t feel great and I’m confident my mums safety is in good hands
